What we collect

We process publication account details, issue and ad-row information, uploaded artwork, reviewer name and business email, approval or revision actions, support requests and security logs.

Why we use it

We use the data to authenticate users, deliver the exact-version review workflow, prevent abuse, create the final packet and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use uploaded artwork to train models.

Billing

Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal and processes payment details, subscription status and invoices. ProofClose receives the billing events needed to activate or update publication access and does not store full payment-card details.

Retention and control

Account owners can export or delete their publication data. Artwork and reviewer records are deleted within 90 days after account deletion unless law requires a shorter or longer period. Security records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention and disputes.

Sharing and security

Data is shared only with contracted infrastructure, storage, payment and monitoring providers needed to operate the service. Review links expire, can be revoked and bind to one artwork version. No internet service can promise absolute security; report concerns through Support.
