A focused issue-approval service.

Service

ProofClose lets a publication collect artwork versions, issue expiring reviewer links, record explicit approvals or revision requests and produce a final issue packet. It does not sell ads, perform layout, certify print quality or prove that an ad was published; the publication supplies and verifies the tearsheet.

Accounts and content

Publication account owners are responsible for account security, lawful instructions to reviewers and having the rights needed to upload artwork. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, sensitive health or financial data, or content beyond the documented limits.

Sample access

One sample issue is available per publication at no charge. The sample does not request a card, start a subscription or convert automatically.

Paid subscription and cancellation

After the sample, a publication may choose the USD 49/month plan from its signed-in issue desk and complete Stripe Checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Account owners can use Manage billing to update payment details, view invoices or cancel online; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ProofClose does not store full payment-card details.

Version approvals

An approval binds to the displayed file digest and version. A new version requires a new review. The publication remains responsible for final production checks and deciding whether an issue is ready to publish.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable operational care but may be interrupted for maintenance or incidents. It is operated by MMAKERS LLC and remains subject to applicable law.
